I wonder at times why some Christians will think ministry is for selected individuals (though i know we are growing in the knowledge of God's word each day,so some of them may just not be informed while some are just lazy and insincere).Paul said "..the love of Christ constrains me..."(2 Cor 5:14), so if not for anything the love of Christ is the compelling factor. Ministry sure ought to be what every believer should do. Also, it is sign of spiritual maturity. A man who is growing spiritually will definitely do the work of the ministry without being cajoled.
