A man isn’t really instructed into wisdom but rather takes instruction by his level of wisdom. The knowledge of a wise man increases him in wisdom and the knowledge of a foolish man increases his foolishness. Therefore a school of wisdom is not ordinarily a school of receiving wisdom-knowledge but rather a school of wise people.

Wisdom doesn’t keep us from making mistakes all the time, it also helps us to learn from mistakes. If experience is said to be the best teacher, I‘d say wisdom is the best student.

Wisdom isn’t being cunning or street-wise. It’s never around dishonest or immoral people, it has it’s way of escaping from the coffers of aggressive, critical as well as overtly suspicious and faithless people because the truth is that wisdom has a holy nature. Wisdom is far from proud religious people because they don’t need her; their heads are full already and their minds are regimented with tradition. But the heads of wise men are ever expanding in their capacity for learning and their minds are open to challenge.

To be embarrassed at asking questions is to be ashamed to learn, undeserving of wisdom and shy of complete success.

You can’t receive it without giving it back, because it’s a motivating power. God gave grace to make us free and to make us channels of blessings.

The great apostle said … “Ye all are partakers of my grace. For God is my record, how greatly I long after ye all in the bowels(heart) of Jesus Christ.”

Grace always goes ahead, it can go to anybody in spite of the person’s themselves but doesn’t leave them the same – it made God love me and Christ die for me while I was yet a sinner. It made God accept me as a son, when I hadn’t even dared to say to him “Abba“, or relate to him as to a father because he saw me ahead of me, and believed in me. That’s what grace does any day, anytime, any where; it gives someone a chance, it invests in someone.

Another thing I might add, Grace isn’t an escape from the warfare or excuse from the race; not automatic victory but assured victory.

Emotions, naturally are by all means innocent. There should not be a need to judge an emotion as justifiable or as bad, rather it is the attitude we adopted or decisions we make despite ourselves and our inner emotions that could be regarded as positive or poisoned. Therefore no man can be justified by His emotions neither should one be condemned by it.

Emotions and thought: both are raw materials for necessary action. While emotions supply energy to launch into action, reflective good thinking tests our decisions, and guides the force behind our actions. The first mistake we make before others follow is to act upon unprocessed emotion.

A foolish man takes cue from his rising emotion for drastic action. A wise man takes cue from his rising emotion for a rethink before his action.
